Characteristic/Performance

1. The free-ball float’s pilot mechanism ensures there is no condensate water left over.

2. The valve core of the piston is opened stably with overlarge displacement.

3. “Steam buffering” is to prevent the main valve core from bumping onto the valve seat.

4. It can be maintained ａnd cleaned up without need removing from the pipeline.

5. The built-in large-area screen offers maximum protection for the steam trap.

用途：

JH10型用于高温、高压、饱和蒸汽、过热蒸汽的蒸汽主管、蒸汽伴热管线和加热设备。

JH15型用于中高压大型加热、干燥、分馏及其它产生大量凝结水蒸汽设备。

Purpose：

JH10 Model applies to steam main pipe, steam tracing pipeline ａnd heating equipment with high temperature ａnd pressure, saturated steam ａnd overheated steam.

JH15 Model applies to such steam equipment as medium-and high large heating, drying, distilling ａnd other device generating plenty of condensate water-vapor.

技术参数/Technique parameter

注解：

1、选型时请提供工作压力、工作压差、凝结水发生量、工作温度、连接方式及标准。

2、凝结水负荷的安全系数一般为1.5～2倍。

3、正确安装、定期保养清除阀内污物，保证疏水阀正常工作和延长使用寿命。
